- Prioritised opportunity map. A written breakdown of the specific places to fix, ranked by impact — so you know exactly where to start.
- Cost & ROI estimates. Rough numbers against each opportunity — likely savings and effort — so you can decide what's worth doing.
- System & tooling plan. The architecture and the right tools for the job (Claude, custom agents, MCP connectors, integrations) — no one-size-fits-all advice.
- Fixed-price quote. A clear, up-front price for the build, so there are no surprises if you decide to go ahead.
- Yours to keep — no lock-in. The roadmap and quote are yours. Build it with us, take it to anyone else, or sit on it. No obligation.
Credited in full when you build.
If you proceed to a build within 30 days of receiving your roadmap, the entire A$1,999 comes off your first invoice — so for clients who go ahead, the Discovery & Roadmap is effectively free. If you don't proceed, you keep the complete plan and quote with no lock-in.

It starts with the A$99 triage. If a deeper diagnosis makes sense, the Discovery & Roadmap is the next step — with your A$99 credited to it — and the build is only ever quoted once we both know the full picture.

Thirty minutes to work out whether there is a real opportunity worth pursuing — and whether we are the right fit. You keep a written shortlist either way, and the A$99 is credited to this roadmap.

- How is this different from the free AI audit and the A$99 triage?
- The free AI audit is written and asynchronous — you send us your workflows, we send back a high-level opportunity map. The A$99 Automation Triage is thirty minutes live plus a written shortlist. The A$1,999 Discovery & Roadmap answers "exactly what are we building, how, and what does it cost?" — a deeper diagnostic with system architecture, a tooling plan, and a fixed-price quote you can sign. Each step is credited to the next, so nothing is wasted if you go ahead.
- Is the A$1,999 fee credited to the build?
- Yes. If you proceed to a build within 30 days of receiving your roadmap, the full A$1,999 is credited against your first invoice. If you do not proceed, you keep the complete roadmap, architecture and quote, and you are free to take them anywhere. No lock-in.
- How long does it take?
- About a week from the kick-off, depending on scope. You get weekly-demo-level communication throughout, not a black box.
- Do I have to build with you afterwards?
- No. The roadmap and fixed-price quote are yours to keep either way. If it is a fit, great — and your fee is credited. If not, you still walk away with a useful, buildable plan.
- Are your prices in AUD?
- Yes. All prices are in Australian dollars and exclusive of GST. Australian clients with an ABN are invoiced with 10% GST; international clients are billed in AUD without GST.
