We built the product end to end - branded booking pages, Reserve with Google, website embed, two-way SMS from a dedicated number, confirmations and reminders, review requests, and an inbox that marks every booking by source. Australian mortgage brokers manage their trail books in spreadsheets, manually reconciling aggregator statements to work out what the book is worth, where it is concentrated, and which commissions are missing. TrailAI replaces that with AI extraction: upload any aggregator file and it surfaces the insights automatically.

We built the platform end to end — deterministic parsers with an AI fallback across 42+ Australian lenders and 10+ aggregator platforms, one-click trail-book valuation PDFs with run-off rate and loan grading, and AI-scored refinance opportunities with a one-paragraph rationale per client. Sydney-hosted with Australian data residency.

Commercial credit assessment is document-heavy and context-heavy. A single submission pulls in financial statements, borrower profiles, property valuations, and 30+ compliance items — each requiring different expertise to analyse. A generic AI chatbot collapses under that kind of complexity.

We designed a production multi-agent architecture: one lightweight triage agent that routes queries in under a second, and seven domain-specialist agents with scoped data access for financials, borrowers, documents, collateral, submissions, team operations, and general platform questions.

The result is live in production. Analysts who used to spend hours per submission now work through files in minutes — with full audit trails on every agent decision, and row-level security enforced at the database layer so each agent only sees what it should.

We built ComplyEdu to automate CPD tracking with a simple interface for logging hours, completing self-assessments, and generating audit-ready exports that meet ASIC, FBAA, and MFAA requirements.

HumbleTech is a fintech platform that automates the complex world of mortgage broker commission management. Before Sandlabs, brokers were spending hours manually reconciling commissions from multiple aggregators.

We built a full-stack platform that processes lender remittance from 24+ aggregators including AFG, LMG, Connective, Finsure, Vow, SFG, FAST, Choice, NMB, and more — automating what used to take days into minutes.

CalcWidgets is a SaaS platform providing embeddable mortgage calculators that brokers can add to their websites with a single line of code. The widgets are white-label, responsive, and always up-to-date with current rates.

We built the entire platform from scratch — the calculator engine, the embeddable widget framework, the broker dashboard, and the subscription billing system. Today it serves 10K+ active users across 500+ broker sites.
