- Custom connectors for niche tools. Use something off the beaten track, like Pipedrive? We can wire it up via a custom MCP connector — an optional add-on, quoted and estimated up front before we build it, so there are no surprises.
- Turn on the right skills. We enable the skills that actually fit how you work — drafting emails, reconciling invoices, prepping reports, summarising threads — and skip the noise you'd never use.
- Approve-before-it-acts, everywhere. Everything is set so Claude asks before it sends, pays, or changes anything. You stay in control; nothing happens behind your back.
- A live walkthrough. We don't just hand you a configured tool — we walk you through it on the call so you leave knowing how to actually use it for your business.

- 2 — Book a time that suits. Pick a slot. Have logins handy for the tools you'd like connected — we'll do the rest live on the call together.
- 3 — Leave with it working. By the end of the session Claude is installed, connected, and configured for your business — and you know how to use it.

This is a one-time setup only.
It does not include ongoing monthly maintenance, updates, or support. Claude moves fast and your tools change — if you want someone keeping your setup current over time, we offer optional monthly retainers, scoped separately. Just ask on the call and we'll talk options.

- Do I need any technical skills?. None. That's the whole point — we do the setup for you and walk you through using it. You just need to be on the call and have your tool logins handy.
- What does the A$1,499 cover?. The complete done-for-you setup of Claude Cowork in a single session: install, the free Claude for Small Business package switched on, your tools connected, the right skills enabled, approve-before-it-acts configured, and a live walkthrough. GST is added at checkout.
- What if I use a tool you didn't list?. Most mainstream tools connect natively and are included. For something niche like Pipedrive, we can build a custom MCP connector for an additional fee — we'll estimate it for your specific tool on the call, and you decide before we build anything.
- Is my data safe?. Yes. Everything is set to approve-before-it-acts, so Claude asks before it sends, pays, or changes anything. We connect tools using your own logins and never store your credentials.
- What about ongoing support?. This is a one-time setup — it doesn't include ongoing maintenance. Optional monthly retainers are available separately if you want your setup kept current over time.
- I'm in New Zealand — can you still help?. Yes. We set up Claude for both Australian and New Zealand small businesses. GST is handled at checkout based on your location.
