I started Sandlabs because I saw a gap in the market: growing businesses ($1M-$10M revenue) need quality software but can't justify the $200K+ budgets that enterprise agencies charge. By using AI-powered development workflows and modern frameworks, we deliver production-ready products at a fraction of the traditional cost.

My deepest expertise is in fintech and mortgage technology. I've built 5+ production products in the mortgage space — commission management, loan submission, embeddable calculators, compliance tools, and AI trail book management. I understand the aggregators, the regulators, and the day-to-day of running a broker business.

Before Sandlabs, I spent years in enterprise consulting across finance, retail, and technology — which means I understand the business side of software, not just the code. When I quote a project, I'm thinking about your customers, your ops, and your margins — not just the tech stack.

I'm also a Claude specialist. We use Claude extensively in our own development workflow, and we help other businesses integrate Claude into theirs — through custom agents, MCP connectors, and Cowork deployments.
